Students in high school need to have a high enough GPA to get into a top school.
So how do you get that GPA?
And how do they do it?
With help from high school history teacher, Sarah Smith, and her book, High School History Ties: How to Get a High School Transcript in 12 Steps.
Smith, a Grade 12 history teacher at the University of Manitoba, is on a mission to change the conversation about grades and school.
She started this blog, HighSchoolTies, to bring the conversation to the masses and to show the students how to get the high school transcripts they deserve.
She hopes the book will inspire more high school students to get high school records, and will help other students understand how important grades are to school success.
For this book, Smith is also sharing her advice on how to write a good high school essay.
We will be sharing a few of our favorite high school essays on the blog, so you will have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to read them.
I know I am going to miss the good ones.
