West Georgia High School is the best school in the United States and the only one that scores high in the new survey, according the prestigious rankings from the Institute of Dental Education (IDEO).
The school is located in Cobb County, Georgia, where the county’s population is about 25,000, and is one of only two West Georgia high schools that have been ranked among the best for the last decade.

West Georgia has a combined total of 8,000 students, including 1,400 from the city of Atlanta.
The top-ranked school is West Georgia’s Woodrow Wilson High School, with an overall score of 100.
