A lot of the attention has been on the fact that the Blue Dons are in the midst of a rebuilding phase.
The Blue Devils’ first preseason game against LSU was a resounding success for the team.
While there was no big splash, the Blue Jackets are now 5-0-0, including the victory over the Tigers, which gave them a 9-0 edge in total goals scored and points.
They have now won eight straight games to start the preseason and will play four games in their first five games of the regular season.
“I think the first game that I’ve been able to really watch our team and see the guys in the locker room and see their work ethic and the work ethic of the guys, it’s pretty amazing,” head coach Todd Richards said.
“I’ve been watching it over the years, I’ve seen it on film and I’ve watched them play and it’s definitely a different atmosphere and a different energy.”
The Blue Jackets will be competing in the inaugural preseason tournament in Tampa, Fla., and the Blue Jays, Blue Devils and Yankees will also be in attendance.
Blue Devils coach Todd Boesch has a lot of confidence in the young players in the pipeline, as they are just beginning to mature.
Boesch, who has coached the Blue Demons since they were in the NAIA in 2011, said he thinks he has a team with good chemistry.
He said he likes the fact they’re young and they’re going to have to work to stay out of the red zone, which he sees as a big problem for them.
It will be interesting to see if the Blue Dragons have enough chemistry to be a factor in the NCAA Tournament this year.
They will be playing against the University of Kentucky, a team that has not played since a 13-13 loss to Notre Dame in the 2015 NCAAs.
They lost their last two games, including a 7-4 loss to Georgia Tech in overtime on Friday.
A lot of people have questioned whether Boesich is the right coach to lead a team into the postseason.
As far as what he is going to do with the young talent, he said, “You look at the guys that have come through here.
They’ve worked really hard, they’ve been great teammates and they’ve had a great year and I think that they’re really excited about the future.
What I like about it is they’re just going to play hard and get ready for the playoffs.
That’s the way I think we can get there, get there with some great team spirit.
That’s what you see in every group, and we’re really looking forward to it.”
Blue Devils head coach Tim Boesoch looks ahead to the 2018-19 season as the season progresses.
The Blue Devils have been on a roller coaster ride, which has started with a 9th place finish in the North American Soccer League standings and ended with them missing the NCAA tournament.
They are now 9-6-0 overall and 10-1-0 in the regular-season.
Richards said he hopes to start his team with the same attitude as he did when the Blue Deeds came to the NCAAS.
We’ve got to be prepared and ready and hungry, but also ready for this season.
We’ve got a lot more energy, a lot less pressure, but that’s what we need.
The guys are excited to get back to work and get this thing rolling.
There are some guys that are going to be in the lineup tonight that I think are ready for some big games.
The biggest thing we have to do is put the guys together and make sure that they’ve got the confidence and that they have the work in their legs, and that’s the big thing.
If you’re a Blue Devil, you have to know what it takes to get out of that group and into the playoffs and make some noise.
